Software built to be run, not just delivered.
Business platforms, e-commerce, corporate sites and mobile apps — built by the team that ships its own products, and operated after launch from a portal your business logs into.
What we deliver
Specific systems with specific outcomes — every item below is something we have shipped and still operate for a client.
Business platforms
Operations systems that run the company: contracts, billing, branches, bookings, reporting — like the platform behind Iraq's leading serviced-office provider.
E-commerce & catalogues
Storefronts and product catalogues with the CMS behind them, built bilingual and managed by your own team after handover.
Corporate websites
Fast, bilingual company sites with real content management — like the web presence we built for an 1,800-strong infrastructure enterprise.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps that talk to the same backend as the web platform — one system, every screen your customers use.
Integrations & payments
QI card payments, SMS, WhatsApp, accounting exports — we wire your system into the services your business already depends on.
APIs & infrastructure
Realtime updates at 10,000+ concurrent connections, embedded chat and calling, and the hosting underneath — capabilities from our own products, in yours.
How the engagement works
The same model our own products are built with — and the reason clients stay after launch.
A plan with numbers on it
We meet, we listen, and you get a written scope with deliverables, a timeline and a price — before any commitment.
Working software, shown early
Short iterations on a real environment you can click from week one — progress you can verify, not status reports.
Live, with the data in
Migration, training and go-live handled with your team — bilingual interfaces and Arabic-speaking support included.
A portal, not a ZIP file
Hosting, monitoring, support tickets and invoices live in your client portal at loop.pearlfibers.com — and every site we host ships with privacy-first, cookieless analytics from day one. Launch is the start.
Custom hardware & IoT
When software needs a body, we build that too
We design and build connected devices that integrate with your systems — the control board, casing, firmware, and the software that keeps them working when the network and power don't. PearlAccess is one: the access device on Business Avenue's meeting rooms — card and reservation-code entry, a smart relay driving the lock, integrated with their platform — now available as a product.
- ✓ Card and screen, a smart DC relay driving the magnetic lock
- ✓ A custom control board with 12 GB of RAM
- ✓ A custom UPS add-on keeps the device and lock powered
- ✓ Integrated with the client's system, updated over the air

What it costs
Every project is quoted from its written scope — a fixed price for a fixed set of deliverables, so the number you approve is the number you pay. After launch, hosting and support run as a monthly service you can see itemized in your portal.
- ✓ Fixed price against a written scope
- ✓ Staged payments tied to delivered milestones
- ✓ Monthly operate plan after launch — hosting, monitoring, support
Scoping is free. You get the written plan and price whether or not you build with us.

Questions, answered
Who owns the code?
You do. The scope names what is delivered — source code included — and it is yours on final payment. Ongoing hosting and support are optional services, not a lock-in.
Can you take over an existing system?
Usually, yes. We start with a paid technical review so you get an honest written assessment of what you have — then a scoped plan to stabilize, extend or replace it.
Do you build in Arabic?
Bilingual English/Arabic interfaces are our default, with real right-to-left layouts — not mirrored afterthoughts. Our own products ship the same way.
What happens after launch?
Your system runs on monitored infrastructure, and you get a client portal with support tickets, live chat and itemized invoices — the same portal our hosting clients use every day.
How long does a project take?
The written scope answers that with dates. As a guide: corporate sites in weeks, platforms in months — and you see a working environment from the first weeks either way.
