Tareeq Alhumam · Logistics & construction
A rebrand, a bilingual site — and a hiring platform behind it.
A digital transformation for a logistics and construction services company: new identity, a bilingual corporate site, and a custom applicant-tracking system that runs recruitment from posting to hire.
The problem
Tareeq Alhumam's services had outgrown its digital identity — and its hiring had outgrown its inbox. Positions across provinces drew applications by email and phone, with no pipeline, no stages and no record of who was reviewed.
The company needed a presence that matched its scale, in both of the languages its market reads — and a recruitment process that runs as a system, not a folder.
What we built
A refreshed identity carried through a bilingual corporate site on a custom PHP backend — and behind the careers page, a full applicant-tracking platform.
- ✓ Company rebrand: refreshed digital identity applied across the site
- ✓ Bilingual EN/AR corporate site with a custom CMS
- ✓ Job postings with opening numbers, locations and posting periods
- ✓ A form builder: recruitment designs its own application forms, mapped to ATS fields
- ✓ Staged pipeline — new, under review, shortlisted, interview, offered, hired
- ✓ Reports, notifications and role-based access for the hiring team
The outcome
Recruitment now happens in one place: a posting goes live on the public site, applications land in the pipeline, and every candidate has a stage and a history. The same platform runs the site's news, notifications and content.
From the real system
Public surfaces and admin views, shown with the client's permission — and never with anyone's personal data.
