Ghimar · Retail · Tiles & ceramics
An Arabic-first showroom with its own page builder.
The exclusive Somany agent in Iraq needed its collections online with the same presence they have in the showroom — and a CMS its own team could run without calling a developer.
The problem
Tiles are sold by look and feel — a product the web usually flattens into grids of thumbnails. Ghimar wanted its collections presented with showroom-level presence, in Arabic first, with English mirrored — and wanted to publish products, catalogues and articles itself.
What we built
A bilingual, Arabic-first site with bold display typography — and behind it, a custom CMS built around how a showroom actually publishes.
- ✓ Product catalogue with categories, sizes, SKUs and featured collections
- ✓ Showroom and catalogue modules for browsing the range
- ✓ A block-based page builder for articles — headings, pull quotes, images, buttons
- ✓ Home slides and content managed in-house
- ✓ Leads and subscribers captured into a built-in CRM
- ✓ Bilingual AR/EN with true right-to-left layouts
The outcome
Ghimar's team publishes products and articles without us — the page builder made the developer unnecessary for content, which is exactly the point. The site carries the brand in both languages, designed in Arabic first rather than translated into it.
From the real system
Public surfaces and admin views, shown with the client's permission — and never with anyone's personal data.
