Terms of use
Last updated 20 July 2026 · Applies to pearlfibers.com, operated by PearlFibers, Baghdad, Iraq.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, link to, and share what's published here. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or overload its infrastructure, or misrepresent PearlFibers content as your own.
Content and ownership
The text, design, imagery and code of this website belong to PearlFibers unless stated otherwise. Client names, logos and screenshots in our case studies appear with their owners' permission and remain their property. Product names of third parties belong to their respective owners.
Information, not a contract
Prices, plans and capabilities shown here are kept current with care, but they're an invitation to talk — not a binding offer. The numbers that bind both of us are the ones in a written scope, quote or invoice. If something on this site looks wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
Paid services have their own terms
Hosting, domains, email, products and project work are each governed by their service agreement and order documents. Where those differ from this page, the service agreement wins.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, PearlFibers isn't liable for damages arising from use of the site itself — interruptions, errors, or decisions made on general information published here. Nothing on this page limits liability that can't lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Disagreements start with a conversation — info@pearlfibers.com — and courts in Baghdad have jurisdiction if a conversation isn't enough.
Changes
If these terms change, the date above changes with it. Continued use of the site after a change means the current version applies.
